The Village of Hill Spring is pleased to welcome La Vonne Rideout as our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
La Vonne brings a wealth of experience in municipal leadership, community development, and organizational management. She is committed to building strong relationships with Council, staff, and residents, and to ensuring that the Village operates with transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
In her role as CAO, La Vonne is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Village, implementing Council’s decisions, and overseeing key capital projects, including the Municipal Office remodel and the Water Loop project.
La Vonne is passionate about supporting rural communities and is excited to work alongside the residents of Hill Spring to help shape a thriving future.
