Village of Hill Spring Water
The Village of Hill Spring obtains its raw water from two artesian wells which tap into an aquifer. The water treatment plant was built in 1984 with further upgrades in 2004. Continual upgrades are made to maintain an excellent quality of drinking water for the village. Water quality is tested on an ongoing basis to ensure that the most stringent Alberta Health Service guidelines are met.

Village of Hill Spring Sewer
The Village of Hill Spring operates one sewage lagoons located southeast of Hill Spring. Sewer related fees and charges may be found on the Rates, Fees & Charges Bylaw.
Village of Hill Spring Irrigation
The Village of Hill Spring obtains its water for irrigation service from and in agreement with the United Irrigation District (UID). Irrigation service is used as a non-potable water source for the watering of lawns and gardens. Irrigation service is seasonally operational from mid-May to September 30th.
