Please be advised that we will be holding a public hearing on our new land-use bylaw on Nov 21, 2023 at 7pm as part of our regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public input is important during this process and as such, should you have input you would like for Council to consider, you  have options. You can either email cao@hillspring.ca your concerns or recommendations. You can also contact our land planner who has been working this new by-law from the beginning. You can email dianehorvath@orrsc.com with the same as above. As well, there will be a moment during the public hearing for any public input at the meeting.
